PS4 NPL Youth Report Round 10

Our youth teams had a visit from Mt Druitt town rangers and the results are as follows

U12's Won 2 - 1

U13's Won 3 - 1

This was a top of the table struggle, the winner would be on top of the table for this week at least.

We now have a Team, Coach and Parents with a grin as big as the clown at the entry to Luna park.

Once again a visiting team commented on the grandstand . Council please look after us as they say “we are aspirational”.

In the long run the football was all that mattered and Mt Druitt opened the score card and let us have a taste of what they had come to deliver, 0 - 1.

Our boy’s were not happy and they responded with 3 unanswered goals before half time, just to let them know we wanted it a little more.

The half time talk was nothing more than a reassurance that if you want to achive your goals even at this age in sport these moments against very good opposition count, so go out and do your best for the team and yourself.

It was a solid second half with neither team scoring but we removed a lot of paint from their goal without putting one away.

Our defense was solid which was pleaseing to our coach and all the boys.

Go St George.

Tyson – 1
James – 1
Bilal - 1

U14's Lost 0 - 1

U15's Lost 1 - 3
