U13's Defeated Blacktown City 2-1

In another nail biter we narrowly defeated a very good Blacktown City.
From the outset it was obvious that Blacktown came to play and put the pressure on early.
We were still on holidays and Blacktown soon scored showing how sleepy we were performing.
It was a very lack luster performance up until the half time whistle.
Terry should be reminded that the sound proofing in the dressing sheds is almost non existent.
It was a much more focused team that emerged for the second half and we put 2 good goals away to scrape through and win the game.

We played the Institute on Sunday and picked 3 points winning 6 goals to Nil.

U15's defeated Blacktown City 3 Nil

Our Saints 15s boys played Blacktown City who are one of the strongest teams in the competition. Our boys worked really hard from the 1st minute to create numerous opportunities in front of goal. Finally we capitalized on our ascendency and we managed to score on the back of some wonderful work from Kudzai and Josh in the attacking third. We continued to dominate the middle of the park with Aaron and Corey Lee which continued to put us on the front foot. This enabled us to score another goal on the stroke of halftime with Steve. The 2nd half saw us contain the opposition for large periods finally managing to score a 3rd to complete the 3-0 victory. An amazing effort from our boys to beat a very good Blacktown City team

U15;s defeated FNSW Institute 4 - 0

On Sunday 19th April the Saints 15s Boys visited Parklea to take on the FNSW side. The game was in the balance early with both teams creating a number of opportunities. Soon enough we were able to break the deadlock with a goal. This gave our boys great confidence moving forward in the game and we were able to score another to make it 2-0 just after the break . The team played some excellent football with some fantastic passing combinations. That enabled us to finish with an emphatic 4-0 victory away from home to move us into the top 5 of the competition. Another tremendous result backing up from a wonderful win Vs Blacktown City the day before.
