A letter from one of St George FC directors to Nick ,Spiro and the whole Snr Mens team

First of all on behalf of all the Directors at St George FC  I would like to personally thank you guys for an entertaining and outstanding effort on Saturday night against Premier League outfit Sutherland (Leader Cup).

Whilst you didn’t win, the determination and slick display of quality soccer (even with all those injuries to players) was not missed by anyone in the crowd even the Shark Supporters who were treating this game when they fell behind as a must –win match, even Robbie Stantons tearing strips off their guys at half time could be heard above on the grandstand………

Without jumping the gun, we would also like to compliment Nick and his coaching staff on how the team is shaping up (mentally and physically) during the trails and hope to carry it on throughout the 2010 season.    

I also want to extend my personal congratulations on your teams hard work and positive attitude in the midst of this month’s trials and hope you carry on this trait throughout this season to keep this “Proud Club” in the top half of the table and maybe even win it to regain the status it deserves back in the Premier League.  

You guys are a credit to our club, keep it up!!!
