The St George football club wishes to thank the St George Football community of players, parents, sponsors and special guests who attended and Supported our Season Launch. The guest list included Johnny Raper Rugby League immortal & his lovely wife Carol also in attendance was Liz Deep-Jones well-known journalist/presenter/producer/author/Unicef Australia ambassador/ W League Sydney FC ambassador/ SBS sports presenter & Christine Stavropoulos Mayoress of Rockdale City Council,Councillor James Macdonald of Rockdale Council,Kathryn Landsberry of Kogarah Council & Vince Savocca who has played all his football career in the St George area as a Jnr then played all his Snr grade with St George Saints. Once again thank you all for the night and good luck for season 2009.
